For this second year project we were asked to design an image that would represent each of the seven deadly sins; greed, gluttony, wrath, lust, envy, pride and sloth. I decided to go with the theme of birds, and I created an illustration of a bird that represents each sin. I created the birds in a patterned style, incorporating a symbol into the pattern that represents each sin; a mirror for pride, cutlery for gluttony, eyes for envy, guns for wrath, rings for greed, hearts for lust and cobwebs for sloth.
